I'm sure this has been asked numerous times but I'd appreciate input on what you have found to be the best book as a training source for a new pointing and retrieving pup
Thank for your help

I **LOVE** the books by the late Richard Wolters. I used "Gun Dog" to train 2 GSPs .....results were immediate and very satisfactory.

I thought no one was going to respond thought I had BO. Thank you for the input I do appreciate it very much.Lost my best friend a month and a half ago and will be getting another as soon as I can find one. It will be a Spinone the same as Cody who turned out to be such a phenominal companion and hunter. He died from Sago poisoning at 5 years old. Can't believe he is gone. All please be aware of this terrible potential as had I known it was poison I would have removed that FFFN palm from my yard before I ever got him.
