I hunt in Lockhart and live north of Austin, anyone know of a processor in that route?

Good place in Liberty Hill, think it's called Hunter's Creek or something like that. Used them last year for some taxidermy but they have a processing facility on site.

Bon Ton Meat Market on Tx21 @ FM 2720 in Uhland is not far from Lockhart and they do good work at a reasonable rate. I usually get mine cut in steaks and ground into burger mixed with 40% bacon. It's pretty darned tasty.

Depends on which side of Austin, north. If you live to the east side, Taylor Meat does a good job with fair prices.
