 We were fortunate enough to take 3 limits in very short order this morning at a Ntx lake. Found the birds yesterday evening and they wanted to be in the same place this morning. Good proof that scouting pays off. Even got 2 new duck hunters on their first limits

Not sure what she was doing. It was a long walk for her first duck hunt and I think she was just a little tired. Got the guns all cleaned up and ready to get back at em in the morning

Not sure what she was doing. It was a long walk for her first duck hunt and I think she was just a little tired. Got the guns all cleaned up and ready to get back at em in the morning I think he was talking about the guy with his gun barrel in the water... Walter

I know that's what he was talking about and the person with the barrel in the water is a girl (13 years old) and the barrel is only 20 inches long and it is at most an inch in the water.

Long walks with boot foot waders will beat you down like you got hit in the head with a sack of rocks. Switched to stocking foot and wading boots years ago and never regretred making the switch.

Switched to stocking foot and wading boots years ago and never regretred making the switch. great idea, years past I'd just put my waders in my decoy bag and haul them in and out and wear regular hunting boots to hike in

fyi.........anyone posting hunting pics taken with a gps enabled phone, if you don't want anyone to know the gps cords of where the pics were taken, you need to strip exfil data before posting the photos.

Aerangis, thanks for the info, I don't care if someone takes the time to find the gps cords they can have at it. I've got several other equally good or better places to go. And sorry for not responding to your pm, I can't take money from you to go on a teal hunt because I don't have a guides lisence but I'll be going again someday soon and your more than welcome to tag along
