I was wanting to come up with something that would not break the bank, but also be reliable / accurate / easy to use.
This is what we ended up with:

30 second video
(As of now, it plays my buddy's other old videos after it is done. Unfortunately, nothing exciting at all)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFcdjAZl6Ig&list=UU4XnGHXxNbmRNArPhC7-nZw

The Beeping you hear is a Metronome App. he loaded on his phone.

We used the 750 Degree Tempilaq >Inside< the case mouth to determine the amount of time required in the Torch.
After testing 6 or so cases, we just counted off with the Metronome.

Putting a couple of small hose clamps on the Ram will let you set a solid stop for the Up & Return Travel.

I guess that's about it.

PARTS LIST

The Torch "Tip" is from the Woodchuck Den ($52.00)
It mounts to the cheap Bernzomatic propane torches.

Lee Reloader Single Stage Press ($28.00 version)
Lee #: 90045

Hornady Universal Extended Shellholder ($8.00)
Hornady #: 392171

I use that same tip from the Woodchuck Den when I don't feel like loading my brass up for a trip to my buddies house who has the Benchsource.
I get so mesmerized watching the machine I keep forgetting to feed the brass.

Just keep in mind as the bottle pressure changes from ambient temperature, bottle volume and the endothermic reaction of the liquid to gas transfer will all impact your flame so your metronome timing may not be adequate. Consider putting a low pressure regulator inline and you never need to worry. I used a low pressure regulator from Amazon marketed for propane outdoor turkey fryers...

I was also concerned about pressure drop / heat change over time.
We would Tempilaq a few cases every so often to verify our timing was still correct.
Thanks for the regulator suggestion.

I appreciate everyone's interest.
I hope someone else out there can benefit from our tinkering.

Run it off of a 20# bottle with a regulator and you wont have to worry about pressure changes for a looooong time!

Great setup!
