I don't know why people think we do lots of running in those types of rifle matches. Out of 50 stages you may have to hustle on one. Where cardio and being fit pays off is manuevering through barricades. Rarely any running. We have guys in their sixties shooting and they're damn good! They also have no desire to run. They're their to shoot, talk trash and tell jokes.
