Just a heads up I was at this property last year for the opener with a large group. 2 shots fired 1 bird taken out of the whole group. Paid ~1k for an afternoon and morning hunt with a night in the cabin. Oh and UTV rental was separate after being told we would be provided transportation day of hunts for drop off/pick ups. Only saw the owner to collect his cash and his family kicked us out of the cabin the next day for a birthday party.

Lesson learned...

Im sorry you did not see very many birds. The weather was horrible as im sure you remember. Im not sure why the owner kicked you out of the cabin as this is the first time I am hearing about it.
