Hey guys....Just wondering if anyone knows of any place around Collin County (Princeton area) to legally hunt 'yotes or 'coons or anything that fits into the critter category? My buddy and I have mucho experience on 'yote extermination in the Hill Country, but we haven't found anyplace or anyone in our current location who is in need of our "services". I live in Princeton, just off of 380, and any info on spots or anyone looking to get rid of some critters can contact me at kmoore@airedynamics.com. Thanks guys!!

I live right down the road from you, all I can say is good luck. For some reason this area is flooded with varmint hunters with little land.

Thanks for the heads up. I know that asking for hunting spots is a fruitless endeavor, but I was hoping I might have success throwing the question out there. Where are you at Brother? We're off of Monte Carlo and 380.

What we haven't lost to housing we've lost to other hunters screwing things up! Just like in all crowds..there's at least one that has to ruin it for the rest! My suggestion is to spread your search in whatever direction suits your fancy. It's getting tough all over Texas really. Predator hunting has become the 'new thing' and everybody wants some, but in Collin County I can tell you there ain't much to be had!

I hunt around Dorcester, Celina and Gunter. Sorry but I'm not gonna tell you our spots. Coyotes are very hard to call up there. Cats are a little easier and coons of course are retarded.

We have yet to call a coyote in Collin county.

call texas agri-life extension service and your ag agent..they always get calls of people needing coyote work done....I'm a state trapper and if a county does'nt have a county trapper then people call their county agent for help from folks like yourself.....good luck

we have 50 acres behind the new celina hs and try quite often to call up some yotes and never have any luck. I know theres alot of them out there cause i see them all the time but it's hard to get them in shotgun/bow range since im not comfortable shooting a rifle with the houses. my neighbor supposedly trapped 6 cats on his land last year

I saw a ragged looking yote just north of Custer and McDermot in Plano about a week ago. I was kind of suprised to see him. Probably eating pets in that area. Keep your cats inside! Never had any luck fining someone close to let me hunt though.
