I pulled my cards from my cameras on my new lease in Fairfield Tx and had about 50 pictures of these 2 guys on both cameras. I want to take one but they look super young to me even though I don't know a whole lot about Aoudad. I wonder where they came from and how long they will stay. I'm guessing they escaped from some ranch.

I'd still shoot one. We had some Aoudad on our old place in Junction, but they moved around a lot. If they are there now, they may not be very soon.

A low fence Auodad from that area would be cool but why shoot an immature animal. I'd keep them fed and see if they will hang around. Just my .02

they look more like ewes than rams... but hard to tell without definitive pics
horns are pretty thin and chaps are shorter.

Probably HF escapees. IIRC, I've seen them East of town along 84.

They are certainly escapees and if they were on my place I would kill them all now. I view them like hogs only with horns.

Protein thugs! We had a bunch on our lease near Sisterdale. Rancher was a goat farmer so he hated them unles they where 30"+ then they had a purpose. Usually $800.00, but everything else you could hammer. Then take them to the animal rescue and feed the lions.

I had one show up a few years back, I immediately went to hunt him down. I never saw him and he never showed up again. Either way he is gone, and that is exactly what I wanted. Horny hogs

Getting close enough to put arrow in one is tough. They have eyes like eagles and are smart. Those are little and likely ewes.

I would eradicate them, pretty sure they are keeping the deer away.
