I just picked up a Glock 20 gen 3. I'd like to get a little more traction on the grip without gaining to much width as its already a large grip. Anyone have any reviews with decal grips, talons, the vogue slip on, or stipple jobs? I think a stipple would be last on my list as there's no going back. What do y'all prefer to gain traction?

I got a grip reduction, stippling job, and undercut job on my Glock and it fits in my hand way better than the factory brick grip. I understand there is no going back on it which is kind of scary but the traction is awesome and the undercuts on the trigger guard make a huge difference. The grip reduction you can feel it, but its not a huge difference as far as size goes.

That's one of the best stippling jobs I've ever seen. It looks clean. Did you do it?

I know Glocks are good firearms, but I have never been able to get used to their grips. I'd like to hold one of those that has been worked on.

Taran tactical does an amazing stipple job. I always use skate tape on my pistols.

For the guys with the stippling, how many rounds do you shoot per day ? per week? I have range days where I may shoot a few hundred rounds and a week where there may be 1,000 or more. How does the shipping feel after that much shooting and sweating?

I had a Hogue rubber slip on grip on my Gen 2 G20. Gave it the feel of the Gen3's with finger grooves without adding a lot of thickness to the grip.
I don't know what you would add to a gen 3 other than some grip tape. It's rough textured self adhesive "tape" (Think Skateboard grip tape) that you peel and stick where you want it.

How does the shipping feel after that much shooting and sweating? Taran Butler shoots more than most of us could imagine. I will shoot around 200 rounds at a match, and try to go to at least two a month with some practice in between. I change grip tape roughly twice a year.

Any reviews or experiences with talon (rubber or sandpaper) or decal grips?

I had mine stippled, double undercut and fully cerakoted by a friend of mine. Since its 10mm, and brass isn't easy to find, I keep range sessions to 150rds a month. The stippling and undercut made a hug difference. The gun just sticks during recoil, and isn't going to tear up your hands during range sessions, or clothes while carrying.

I wear gloves everytime I shoot so I don't know the sweat aspect of it. I never have a problem with grip.

Your site shows out of stock on the 155gr XTP... What powder are you using in your loads?

I do have some 155 XTP, just not many. Give me a ring, and I can count how many I have. I have a lot of the Nosler 150 JHP, though. Sorry, I can't release what powders I use on my loads. Too much R&D and range time put into it. Thanks!!

Those 200 gr XTPs look intriguing. I'm sure this is a dumb question, but are your reloads ok to shoot in a Glock?
