Would you cull this buck from your lease or would you let him walk? He is a 6 point that looks to be heavy horned and wide. He may even be trying to throw a 7th point. I would like to know your reasoning for either culling him or letting him walk.

He looks young. I'd pass unless I knew for sure he was 4.5 or older. However, if you have many in his age class that are better, and you need to take numbers, then he could be culled.

I wouldn't. He is young.
Taking him doesn't hurt or help anything. Do you have enough tags to cull all the deer you want to take off?

We are a 1 Buck lease, so if I were to take him it would count as my buck. We have discussed looking at "culling certain bucks". I was wondering if anyone would consider him cull worthy.

Looks 2.5 to me. I'd let him walk and see what he does next year. Beams come off high and have decent length, he could do something in the future.

Depends on where you are at and what you are doing. This deer dies early on my place as do all 8 points or less, but some do not have that luxury (MLD).
How come everybody I meet is a deer hunting expert?

Take this into consideration. We had 3 big 6's on camera last year, one had big forks and brow tines two had 3 pts on the beams and no brow tines. We were planning on shooting all 3 of them given the opportunity. I believe 2 of them were 3.5 and the other was 2.5 years old. We only shot one of them.
So far this year we have no big 6's and no deer spotted thus far with missing brow tines.
