Body is telling me my light exercise may not be light enough, at least as far as the upper body goes. I'm sick of hearing myself complain, so I can imagine what y'all think, but the left shoulder/arm, now elbow, pains are waking me up at night. The rifle went up and went off Saturday with no problems and I don't want to mess that up. (I'm a LH shooter.) I might be just too old for pull-ups and push-ups. And I was in the darn band; I can't imagine how much I'd be beaching if I'd played football.

If I could do that on my workout I might be more motivated for sure! I drove to the metromess to buy ballet clothes this weekend (eat your hearts out) all day in the aC...then got home and worked late calves- I almost was sick from the temp difference- reminded me why I wake up early to work out. This morning- Walked dog #2, and jumped rope for a while....I hate jumping rope- remind me never to do it again.

This weather is perfect. Cool, overcast, light rain. Frac is down, too. I think I'll go lift some weights and take advantage of it.

I have see them run to the truck in a small snow storm I did that once, we sat in the truck laughing smoking a cigar. After it blew through we went back out with 8" of fresh snow. Truck was only 300 yards from a where I was sitting on a BLM access rd that day anyway and we didn't take a jacket.
