I am looking for a deer lease relatively close to Tatum/Carthage Tx area. Looking for a family friendly place that has one or two spots available for year round hunting lease for deer and hogs. Would like the ability to bird hunt but if not it's not a deal breaker. Price is negotiable depending on the property. I am a high school Ag teacher, teach wildlife management, hunters ed, I work with the Texas Youth Hunting Program and was a back country guide in Wyoming years ago. I am responsible hunter looking for a place to get away and bowhunt. If you know of anything or have a place please let me know.

You need to occasionally check out www.cglease.com. Campbell Group always has tracts up for bid. Right now what they have is probably farther south than you would be interested but that changes frequently.
