I have approximately 7400 acres available to lease. Price is dependent upon which property you would be interested in, but range from $12.50/acre to $7.25/acre. Couple of the ranches have power/water and buildings for camping purposes. I am posting a link to my google map that shows the properties. You can click on them to see a small description and to help reference which one you have a question about.

Due to short notice, a 50% deposit will be required to hold the lease, with balance due by mid september.

Never mind I got the map to work the second time. I have seen some big deer in that area. My lease is a little further north of these.

I have all of these properties now available for $7.50/acre if we take all of them. If you are interested in either a single property or joining a group of guys, please let me know. If I don't get this going in the next few days, I will have to pass on it.

Have properties available of:

160 acres
160 acres
280 acres
900 acres - has power/electric/water barn for camp
1120 acres - has power/electric/water cabin/outhouses
2000 acres
2800 acres - this property will not be allowed to turkey hunt on.

Any mule deer, or is that too far east?

No mule deer. These aren't far enough west to get into mulies.

There are mule deer closer then you think. My place is right on the river and we have mule deer on camera and a few have been killed in past years.

I am almost positive I have hunted there? I remember the "bull pen", we stayed in an older cabin/house on one larger property as well. Shopped at the small grocery in Woodard. Also remember the "boxcar" ranch, but I believe it was full (hunters) back then.

If I had the cash, the place with the cabin would be nice, it was comfortable being out on the screened porch (if it is the same place)

Sounds like it's the same place. How long has it been seen you hunted out there?

Use to hunt just south west of there on Dalson's ranch, where you see the "Packsaddle Lake/Bradshaw #2 reservoir". Big deer in that area.

I'd say it was about 5-6 years ago iirc.

There use to be a few mule deer in that area. We use to hunt the property back east of the 1120 & north of the Whitlaw ranch. There's some very nice deer in that area it's probably been about 10 yrs since I've hunted that way. We killed some nice deer with the biggest going a little over 150 & saw some bigger than that!!!

When I hunted there, many of the hunters hunting the other properties where also staying at the house, not sure if they rented the space, or how that was set up. I hunted 2 properties, one was a large wheat field with a pond, the deer came to that one from across a county rd (took a fair 8 pnt on this one). The other place had what looked like an old gravel pit on it (never even saw a deer on this property).

The guys that had hunted this set-up for a couple years all seemed to want to hunt the cabin lease, or Bull pen? Supposedly an 150"+ was taken on the BP opening weekend, I didn't see the buck, but saw a photo.
