I don't how how yall get any outside work done with A/C. Going fron 70 degrees to 100, back and forth is not for me. If I start outside in the morning and will be out all day, I get no A/C until the work is done, which means dark thirty.

That redesigned Mule should really give the Ranger a run for its money. Looks like they've greatly improved power, payload, and suspension. If they keep the durability it'll be a real contender.

Ive worked at cement plant on new braunfels for 10 years now, they give us "buggies" to drive around the 200 acre plant and rock 5,000 acre rock quarry. We've had rhino, ranger, gator, club car xrt, land pride, bobcat just about every UTV that has been made we've had them out there. By far the most dependable one has been the gator. Started everytime, freezing cold or hot, dust, mud rain it had done its job. For a plant that is open 24/7/365 we use the hell of out the buggies, and gator has handled it. That turned me to get a gator myself. Of course bobcat was cool, you could put a bucket or forks on the front and use it like a little machine. After all we put those things through, I got a gator.

Good to know. Yesterday I thought about a Gator. Since I already have three John Deeres I figured I'd give them a look. Are their prices in line with the other side by sides?

Wait until the 2015 Mule comes out... later this month. 812 cc fuel injected, power steering, front and rear independent suspension, 45 mph top speed, seating for 3 or 6. 2000# towing with 1000# bed capacity.. 12999-15999 price tag.. All with a 3 year warranty.
Ordering one of these next week. Did my research and this is the one for me.

I put in the wrong model * 825i is the one I have. I think its awesome. Top speed about 37, I'm not looking to haul [censored] while in the pasture..to me it is a smoother ride then ranger and not as noise..its pretty quite. It does me well, tilt bed, gun rack I mean most UTV you can do the same stuff with them.I tried to put a pic up of it but some reason I click "browse" and nothing pops up..so I might be doing something wrong there. Even with a ranger, you have to put a high rack seat all the way to the back of the bed, I got mine in the middle cause its good size bed.

My Bad Boy Buggie is 72volt 4x4 and we have pulled my trailer with a 300 gallon water tote full of water with no problem. I think it is like 60 to 70hp rated. We see way more game since getting the ATV's off my place. We ride around with 4 adults and trailer hooked up with up to 10 to 20 bags of corn to fill feeders without a problem. My drawback is that I don't get but about 10 miles on it when working it (heavy loads/trailer hooked up). I have never tested it with just me on it to see how many miles it goes.

That's pretty dang impressive. How long does it take to charge up if you get it really drained down?

I've got the ranger 800 crew. About 4000 miles on it now. Been very reliable, comfortable and smooth riding. I would imagine the non crew would be the same. My one complaint is it's a noisy machine. Lots of squeeks and creeks. I've learned to live with the noise - already spent the money afterall.
My brother has the new kubota diesel. Looks to be an awsime machine. I like how the back seat can fold down and the bed lengthens into the space. Since 75% of the time my ranger is used for solitary work i could see the use of the long bed of the kubota. When guests show up, the back seat would then be available for tours and fun riding. Ride is a little stiffer but the diesel sure has it's good points. If I was buying again, i think i'd prolly go with the kubota. he paid less than i did for the ranger new.

Im in the market myself and still on the fence. Mostly because of price. I have a 4x4 Polaris Sportsman 4 wheeler that is a tank but want a SxS of some type. My neighbor is a GM of large John Deere business. He brought another neighbor a JD Gator for us to use as a demo over the weekend. It is a 2 seat rig and very long. I had serious doubts. I use in the pasture and fishing/hunting, hauling kids and beer cooler. I was concerned about the length crossing gullies and low spots. Climbing hills. We put it thru most everything we saw and it never was challenged. I purposely left it in 2wd and locked the differential to see if it would climb out of a steep pond bank. Came right out without 4x4. I was impressed, but not to the tune of $17,000.

Just up graded my Yamaha Rhino to the new 2014 Yamaha Viking. It's bigger, and can run up to 50 miles an hour with three people. What Yamaha did is make it a three seater across. The size portion is a closer match' to the Ranger They have a lot of good options to choose from. The EPS cost $1000 more (retail) but everyone on my forum says it's best to have the option The Non-EPS, which I have, is also very easy to steer. You will not be happy with the Mule. Suggest you look at the Website and check the video's out. You will not be sorry
