Hi guys, I am new to this forum and it looks pretty cool.

I am looking for a deer lease in south Texas that has potential and not an over hunted deer lease and one that has management minded hunters that does not shoot the first thing that moves but willing to let small bucks grow to be a nice and defined adult deer before harvesting. If you know of any places, I may have two other responsible hunters that do not bring any guests but only brings only one guest which is his little son/ or daughter. We have our own trailers and we like some RV hookups on the site as well, we always feed early year round plus proteins mixed in feeders. Hope fully there is something out there. Have a good day.

I'm looking to fill a couple of spots on our place on the Maverick/Kinney County line. It's 10,000 acres under MLD 3 management program. We are very management minded hunters who let trophies walk until they're at least 6.5 and shoot cull bucks on sight. There is a camp house, cleaning station with walk-in cooler, and we are going to install RV spots this summer for some of the guys who want them. We supplemental feed and the price includes protein/cottonseed. Membership includes opportunity for a trophy and as many cull bucks as you can take within (reason) our allotted permits. It's a family-friendly place and you are responsible for anything your guests harvest. Most of the memberships are taken and I'm looking to round it out at 15. Over a third of the memberships are taken up by two families so the group is relatively small. Many of our guys have hunted together for decades. There are also dove, duck, quail, turkeys, geese, hogs, and predators. I don't know how much you're willing to spend but can give you more info if you email (hornhunterllc@gmail.com) me your price range so I'm not wasting your time.

Aggieivy, how much is a membership and what is the guest policy?

They weren't raiding a girl scout troop looking for overdue library books.

I don't want to highjack this guy's thread so I sent you a PM. Apologies for the delayed response.
