Bought a new house and going to build a couple new kennels. What's everyone using for flooring in their kennels? Not sure if I want to pour a slab or do something else.

Poultry flooring has worked well for me.
I'll take a Black Female every time.

Concrete with trough on back side and drain to sewer line will make your life a lot easer in the long run.
