I think you are wrong. Or maybe all of the deer I've killed that came in from down wind were just too stupid to know what a human smells like. If so, I need to stop killing the stupid ones and let them pass on the genetics. We do that with humans you know. That's why we have so many democrats. grin

scratch as pappy always says: I thought I was a hunter, till I picked up a bow . when first started with a bow in my 30's. was working at a pipe foundry, hot smelly nasty. would get off work drive home, SS&S actualy only 2ndS on the weekend, it just grows back. I got played for working not looking pretty, & damn proud of it. got the aches & pains ta prove it. played the bills. while not as educated as well as fellow THF members in book smarts. had family & friends give honest crittissisom, u stink, when ya that for 8-24 hours straight ya don't realize it. back so would store my hunting cloths in trash bag with ceader & pine needles. drive to lease in work cloths gona were next day for work, park truck change into hunting cloths. it worked rather well, seen plenty of wild game. had put in one of the 20 hour days at foundry. drove home, S didn't S still had few days of freedom & S. got educated that day. was in a hurry & threw on hunting cloths instead of waiting. walked to stand like always & kicked back to enjoy the day. bout 10 minutes a doe came threw from left rear just out of bow range. when it hit wear I had walked to stand it Jumped & turned in mid air. blew, stomped, walked to were i had walked, with stiff leg repetted it several times. finally walked to the scent fence blew stamped & jumped over. now that's free range hunt memories in the woods. always get a 2nd opinion, mine stinks. best wishes flag

More often than not, I have guests who smell and dress like a Jigalo. So, I always check the wind and move on the Hogs based on direction. No sense in me attempting to mask my musk if the guy next to me smells like Jody.

Even if by myself, I refrain from using any gun rag magical juices.
