Hey guys just curious in what shotgun shells you guys use for them ducks. I wanted to see what type, size, and load everyone else is successful with.. My favorite has been the winchester drylocks 3 1/2 inch 1 9/16 ounce load.

Usually Kent Fast steel but if something is on sale/cheaper I will buy that.

3" #6 is it for me, I believe it is 1-1/8 oz.

I shoot a Beretta A300 Outlander, wood stock. I love that gun and have put down some ducks with it.

I shoot what ever is on sale or cheapest. I shoot my ducks at close range, so super performance is not an issue. When I go on conservation hunts with lots of shots, I shoot better shells....for performance and a little cleaner on the gun. 3" #4 seems to be shoot the best out of most of my shotguns.

I don't often hunt ducks, but when I do, I use Hevi Shot, 28ga 3/4oz #6s

Whatever I can find cheap.

Ive always shot the cheap Winchester experts 1 1/8 #3. But this year I found a deal on some fiocchi steel shells, so for a while anyways ill be shooting those.

Hevi-Metal #4�.without question the best duck shells I've used.

Steel 3s in 1 1/4 oz or 1 3/8 oz. Is a good all rounder for public water.

My favorite affordable round was the old hevisteel 4s through a Terror .675

Hevishot 6s for pass shooting.

1 to 1 1/8 oz of steel 4s hunting small ponds when you know the shots will be pretty short.

I started loading 1.25 oz of bismuth 4s at 1350fps a couple of years ago to shoot through my Dad's old A5. Wow! I love this load.

I like tealsteel all season for ducks. Geese I'll load up heavier but ducks, feet down over the decoys, tealsteel will fold em up hard.
