Good luck with the waterbuck. Those things are known for not bleeding well because their hair is oily and grips the blood real well. Hit it right or the tracking is gonna suck!

She will do fine I am sure they don't seem to be near a spooky as the others. The damn gemsbok and impala are freaking as spooky as our whitetail and the zebras will kill a stalk, the black wildebeest are spooky and go every direction when spooked, and I can't believe how tough the eland are they are worse than whitetail.

I've shot a ton of stuff and hunted a ton of stuff. Eland is hands down the hardest thing I've ever hunted. Good luck and tell her congrats!

Thanks Jensent I have to agree and the zebras are always around the eland making it worse. Passed a solid bull tonight didn't have the big tuff, Kacee is begging to trade Eland for giraffe or the black wildebeest who knows might shoot both. You were right about one thing nothing is like hunting here.

It will be worth every penny and then some. Will try to keep you posted.

Africa is like an opiod addiction. I'm betting you'll sell your bass boat if that's what it takes to return next year! Hearty congrats!

Those animals are amazing. Good job to both of you guys up...Txtrophy is right, that country doesn't look much different than land around Junction or Rocksprings.

aim Way to go Kacee! Girl can shoot - no doubt about that.

You better let her have the Giraffe she wants.
