I think I would of put the dymondwood on the outside. Show us some pics in good light when you get it finished. Looks interesting so far.

  Still have to get it sanded some more and the dang stuff is a pain in the but to do but worth it

D-2 is some serious steel that requires some very specific guide lines for heat treating and tempering.
Nice tool.

Got the sheath made last night!Nothing special just something to keep it in , the one thing i hate about making knives is that i want to keep them all.
