Just a short note to say thank you to Skylar at SWFA. I spoke to him this afternoon and purchased a Vortex scope, but had a lot of questions. He was very patient and took all the time necessary to educate me. Customer service means a lot to me.

I agree with Skyler and customer service. Sometimes I order something expensive and sometimes just a set of scope mounts like I did last week. Regardless of what you purchase you are treated with courtesy and friendliness.

To him, CS is Job 1 I agree, He has always given me the real skinny on what I am interested in. He even talked me into a less expensive optic when I was looking for my Cetme. How many people will sell a less expensive scope, over a more expensive one, just to satisfy a customer.
