I went by there this weekend to pick up some dove and duck seed for a new lease. I didn't have enough cash or my checkbook with me and they don't accept credit cards. I was only picking up about 100$ worth of seed and would have had to run into town to the atm about 5 miles away. I was amazed when I told him my order and he shook my hand and said send me a check. I left with the seed and he didn't have my money just the faith in my handshake. Its nice to know there are still business out there that operate like that.
Turner seed has a new customer for life. I'll make sure to bring a check next time though.
We got the seed in the ground Saturday and we're praying for rain.

this kind of reminds me how I used to see things like bags of potting soil or bark chips ect outside of home depot ect and I always wondered how it was not all stolen then I remembered that people that steal are too stupid or lazy to do the actual work that goes with those items
same thing with seed......people that would think to order some from Turner and not pay for it are too stupid to know what you do with seed

I ordered some lablab from them several years ago. They shipped it to Georgetown and billed me. I cannot say enough good things about them. I only wished they had some in stock this year maybe next year.

Top notch folks. I have some friends that order 60+ tons of wheat seed from the every year and never heard a complaint. That will put a kink in your budget considering how scarce seed wheat has been the last few years.
