I like taking a cantaloupe out of the fridge, cutting it in half, and replacing the seeds with a scoop or two of vanilla Blue Bell.

Y'all got any similar "recipes" that are so simple yet one of the best things on God's Earth?

Grilled cheese as stated above but w mayo. My grandmother made it that way when I was a kid. I've eaten that way ever since.

Another is fresh strawberries sliced and frozen. Like eating a mini Popsicle.

Open a avocado, remove the seed and squeeze some lime juice on both halves and go after both halves with a spoon.

Watermelon chunks, cucumber chunks, feta cheese chunks, and salted sunflower seeds tossed together. Never had it but after stumbling on that recipe, gotta try that.
