Looking for 2 hunters. 400 acre pasture, 10 minutes south of Graham near PK Lake. $4,500 total.

2 hunting locations, 1 has a sweet 3 person rock stand already built. The other spot you will need to bring a box blind yourself, & is plowed & ready for a food plot. Both spots can have tree stands also. Both spots have feeder pens & protein feeders you can use. You will need to bring corn feeders. I want corn & protein fed year round. Lease ends Jan 31, after that if everything is acceptable, lease is year round.

As usual with me, no friends or guests allowed, except for wives/girlfriends/kids.

Dry camping allowed, there is no water or electric. Hotels in Graham are 10 minutes away.

No dove, rabbit, squirrel, etc. just rights to deer, hogs, turkey, & varmints.
