Yes, if you go to a different county you can kill one more buck.

I'm thankful for the things i have and all the things i don't

Yes you can......
You can go to 3 one buck counties and tag out......
You just have to follow the limit per county.....
Kill 2 in a 2 buck county.... kill 1 in a 1 buck county.... you legal....
Time is not wasted if you spend it with the ones you love.

As long as you do not exceed the State wide limit of 3 bucks, or the County Limit of Any Individual county you hunt in, you are okay.

Didn't that change from what it used to be? I hunt on a lease that is in 2 counties, both 1 buck. Can I take a buck in each county? Other guy on my lease argued with me that you can only take 1 buck in a one buck county statewide. I seem to remember the tags used to be that you could kill 1 buck in a one buck county for East Texas and another in a one buck county for West Texas.

I didn't think you could take 3 bucks from 3 different 1-buck counties. I'm going to have to dig into the rules to make sure.

Page 64 of the 2008-2009 Outdoor Annual says that buck tags may be used in any county. The maximum statewide limit is 3 bucks. (Tags 7,8, and 9 don't differentiate as to what county they can be used in like the old tags in previous years). As long as you abide by that rule and the particular county rule, there is nothing prohibiting taking 3 bucks in 3 different one buck or more counties.
