For the last week or so I've been walking from my truck to the WO rig & back about 10 times a day. Does that count for cardio? loser8

Have not updated in a while worked out for an hour Monday through Friday last week, also Ran a mile two of those days. This week I have not done anything I am going to go to gym for an hour today.

I feel you. I did legs yesterday. Make sure to do your calf-raises! Yesterday I did body-weight calf raises with heels out, in the middle and inwards. I think I should have done a few more, even though I would have contested that yesterday.

Leg day for me today as well. Did a variety of squats & jumps, then some burpees & mountain climbers. Also ran sprints while pulling the sled with 3x45lb weights. That was surprisingly fun.

Hey I'm with you. Started riding my bike again, I have a 4.5 mile route thru the neighborhood. Takes me about 40mins to do it twice, when I did it last summer I lost 35 pounds, but because it was so dang cold this winter I slacked off and put the weight back on. Good luck to both of us.

need to get back on it....this week started off good but I got invited to after work social activities the past two nights so I skipped my evening workouts.

back on the grind today, gonna hit legs and shoulders

Ten firemen did them today. You gotta take it in small bites. Run the mile, the make it into bites. I did:

5 chin-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

I did that set 20 times, then run the second mile. That was the last down of the fourth quarter. The whole time I was telling myself "the mind gives out before the legs do". I finished and didn't puke. So I say it was a success.

Cardio/core day today. Did some more incline intervals on the treadmill, then battle ropes, medicine ball sit-ups & russian twists.

Ha..Mine was pretty similar
5x20 lat plus 190lbs
4x20 lat rows. 180lbs

4x20 regular balance ball push up (got 12 on last)
5x20 close grip balance ball push up(got 16 on last)
4x20 wide grip balance ball push ups(finished)

4x20 135lb squats
4x20 single leg squats 30lb dumbells


13 x 40 yard Sprints 20 v ups in between. (I pucked)
