Just got done with a weekend hunting with New Jeep. We drive down Friday from AR and hunted sat/Sun. Really had a good time. My twin boys and my dad came. It was my dad first hunting trip so that was cool. Got a nice axis for the freezer down this morning. Andrew has some great hunts listed in here. He goes out of his way to make sure all goes well. We had a trip a month ago with another outfitter that was not the best. U never kniw what to expect when meeting up with someone new. From the start we had a blast. If ur in need of a hunt loook him up. U will enjoy ur time with him. Can't wait to hunt with him again Thanks for a great trip Andrew

I am just glad I was able to make it back down from DFW to get this done. I was really worried. I had a blast and enjoyed the hunt with ya'll. Awesome shot on the axis. I went back and ranged the shot 247yds! Axis ran 20yds and expired. He shot my truck rifle (.270) I always leave it on 6 power when riding around to get off quick shots and I guess he didn't realize it. 247yds @ 6 power!! He got a nice healthy axis buck just starting to grow antlers for the year. Does weren't showing up and wanted to make sure he went home with cooler full of meat.

Yea it looked far in the scope but seeing how those axis are spokey i wanted to get a good shot off fast. It worked out good. Its a sweet shooting rifle. Guys if u are looking for a guy to hunt with that will go out of his way for u New Jeep is the guy. Right from the start it was a good hunt.
As far as the other place we hunted that was not the best. All the reviews i have read are great. The owner was very nice. Just did not think the "guide" was that great. I dont want to ruin the name of the place by saying. I had heard nothing but good things about the place on here. was a guide problem not a ranch problem.
