What size place are you looking for. We have a lease in young county that may be coming open soon. It has deer, hogs, quail, dove and varmints. It is year round access. It has electricity but no running water. There is a small hunting cabin there we are looking to sell to whoever takes the lease.

If aggie is not interested I am. I have been hunting on a lease for the past three years between Bryson and Graham. But looking for a new place to hunt. How many acres/hunters is the lease?

It is 520 acres and you can hunt up to 4 guns on it. We have been hunting 3 guns on it. We have only taken 1 buck, 2 does and 7 hogs in the last two years.

What more specifics would you like? It is 520 acres in young county. I believe the cost for the 2006 season will be $8 an acre and you can hunt up to 4 guns. It is a year round lease and you can hunt any legal game. There is a cabin which we want to sell to the leasee for $1500.

I don't know anything about them. I just remember that they do a lot out of Archer County. I don't like those restrictions at all though. I like year round access and all game. I can live without quail since you need more land than 300 acres to really hunt them but I need turkey, duck, and dove.
