That is crazy. I saw one killed a few years back. It was a little bigger than that one (probably 40 lbs) but had the very short legs. The one I saw was piebald also. I wish I would have taken a picture.

I saw these on a TV show, I think they were in the Florida keys and were called Keys Deer. Tiny little deer that are all over the place in the keys.

Keys Deer are very small, but their bodies carry the same proportions as regular deer. This little guy is definitely stunted in some fashion.
