I just bought a Thompson Venture in 7mm-08, not sure why ive always had bigger calibers but have always wanted to try one. So I'm in search of your experience on Ammo, I will mainly hunt deer with it and shoot some target, prolly too big for Varmint and not tear
Deer Suggestion?
Long Range Target Load Suggestion?
Anyone have experience with this gun?

Congrats on a fine rifle in a great caliber. Are you looking for reload info and bullets or factory.
Most accurate factory ammo I have tried is Nosler Custom with 140gr accubonds, along with Hornady LiteMag which has been discontinued for several years. At least those are the best I have tried in my rifle.
If you really want it to shine in the longrange game you will need to reload with high BC bullets in 160+gr for those I like IMR 4350, for the 140gr bullets my rifles have done well with IMR4350 and Varget.
I have no experience with the Venture but had an ICON that I wish I had never sold. Very solid good shooting rifle.

Mine likes Hornady 139gr SF SST's or 140gr Nosler Accubonds. Either of those two rounds are good for deer or hogs although I prefer the Noslers as they are less likely to blowup on bone (in my experience). My gun is not a TV but an X-bolt. Buy a box of 5 or 6 different types and try them all out. When you find the winner you'll know what it likes.

Federal fusion 140 grain produces great accuracy and complete pass thrus on all 7 animals taken with it. That's 3 deer and 4 pigs. No tracking. Wife's shooting a T3.

I am using IMR4350 with Nosler 168gr BTHP and am getting about .4" on average. I am running close to max(46.5c)though with my load sitting at 45.9-46.0. I have found that both powder weights work so I dont mind the .1 drift my scale tends to have. I also run 162gr BTHP @ 43.5gr IMR4350 and they are grouping at about 1/2" 22" 1/9.5" twist barrel Federal Fusion in 140gr worked great in mine. My tikka put down a 1/4" group with these right out of the box

Worked great in my 600 Remington until I finally got my reloading stuff set up. Usually grouped around an inch @ 100 yards.

You might even be surprised with regular old plain jane Remington 7mm-08, 140 grain ammo. It will certainly kill stuff. I'd recommend getting a box of Federal, Winchester, Hornady and Remington etc. Shoot some and see what you like the best. The results may be surprising.
