Do I just need a barrel, recoil spring, and new mags to make it a 9mm? Really want some insight on this. I have the Glock 22 but want to be able to shoot 9mm out of it.

Same recoil spring. Just drop in a Lone Wolf (or brand of your choice) Glock 22 conversion barrel and use 9mm mags.

Same recoil spring. Just drop in a Lone Wolf (or brand of your choice) Glock 22 conversion barrel and use 9mm mags. This. Converted my 23. Just a lone wolf barrel and G19 mags and it runs flawlessly.

i don't carry mine but just for running it all I changed was barrel. the mags work fine w 9mm
i am cancelling my subscription, i am tired of your issues!

The feedlips are the only real difference on the mags. Some people do good enough using the original 40 S&W mags and 9mm but if I were to be doing anything other than plinking with it and mind if the rounds are potentially too loose coming out of the mag - I'd go for G17 mags.
