My daughter took this great old buck on our family ranch in Central Texas this season. Low fence property and she has hunted the same corner of the ranch after a mature animal for three straight seasons. This was the magic year and she made a 165 yard shot in the last few minutes of shooting light as the buck cut across the corner of a pecan grove headed to a creek.
