I picked up a 1442 riveted boat with a 16 hp lt and nice heavy duty trailer for 500 bucks. Im getting ready to gut it and redo it but before I do does anybody know of a place that will weld on aluminum boats in the central texas? Ive called a dozen places and nobody wants to work on them. I need a floor and grab bar put in.

Where you located? I have a friend who works for his dads welding shop in temple, he is going to work on my boat.
Two kinds of people vote democrat. Rich people that don't have to work, and poor people who don't want to work.

Keep us updated! I enjoy boat projects and seeing others as well. Should be a great little rig when you finish it!
