Chicken fried up some back strap for dinner, mashed taters, green beans, cream gravy and a pan of homade cornbread. mmmmmmm goooooood. It's all gone, no lrftovers

Everyone should have chicken fried back strap and crappie at least once a month! I don't know which is better fried crappie or fried backstrap. I have a ton of pictures of the crappie we catch on Lake Grapevine here in Texas on the Texas Fishing Forum. My screen name on that site is FallsOutBoatOften lol
