Nilgai hunts are getting hot with this cold weather!! Never too early to plan as we book up pretty far out. Weekday hunts available! Have some great spots to hunt them!

Bull hunt - $2,500 for 2 days with meals and lodging
Bull hunt - $2,750 for 3 days with meals and lodging
Cast and blast - $3,000 for bay fishing and a bull

We can also set up deep sea fishing for a little more. These include night fishing at one place on a pier if we go to that ranch.

We just had the owner of Tannerite come and shoot the new #4 bull and we caught over 100 trout! (only kept 4)

Robert - Hes the first bull. Look at mass on it compared to the others. He was
10 2/8" on each side and 9" bases on each side. He comes way down in the front. Good old bull!!

I know very little about Nilgai so excuse my ignorance. During the rut can you call these guys in? Do they even have a call, grunt, bugle or bellow? Do they come to feeders? I've always heard they are a very cagey animal to hunt and very skittish. What are the chances to archery hunt these bad boys? And are they good to eat? And how much does a good mature bull weigh? They look really big with lots of body mass.

Sorry for so many questions. Just trying to come up to speed.

No problem Bowhunt, ask as many questions as you've got!
1. No cannot call them in.
2. No grunt calls, only noise Ive ever heard them make is when they are dying, kind of a death bellow but more of a moo
3. Will not come to feeders in South Texas. Have seen them do it in the Hill Country but not at all here.
4. We can definitely hunt them with a bow. It is a bit of a difficult hunt but can be done!
5. The meat is fantastic, others can vouch for that!
6. Some of the bulls we have shot this year have gone over the 800lb mark.

Typical Shot distance is 65-250 yrds. We've gotten them close and far! Come on down Miked1!
