If anyone would like to hunt Southeast Kansas this year, we have a few opening. The price is $2000.00 per hunter, it includes a 2800 sq foot house to stay in, come with full kitchen, 2 full bath, washer and dryer. Good deer herd, lots of turkey, ducks, geese and a few quail. Year around lease.

we have talked before but what is the licesne situation? OTC? draw?
If I send my neighbors a text and ask them to give me feedback on my lawn and plant rye into a giant dong pattern, I'm probably going to get some less than positive feedback. Same goes here.

yes, there is a "draw" but every year there are left over tags in our unit (12), the last few years the "left over" tags have number anywhere from 500 to 850 +/-,
getting a tags is no issue.

How large is the property you hunt? How many people on lease? I have stuff from 80 to 1000 acres so what is it? 80, 1000, or 100,000 If someone pays you $2K how much land can they hunt?

I have stuff from 80 to 1000 acres Guys, I know a ton of you have sent me "pm's" I'm doing everything I can to get in touch with everyone, if I have not gotten back with you I apologize and will be making a few phone calls today. For the ones that some how think I have 100,000 acres, I'm not sure I want to hunt with you, I VERY clearly stated I have stuff from 80 to 1000 acres.

I'm not sure you know what you have? It's $2K if you hunt 80 or 1000 acres? Is there at total acreage someone has access to? You need to be more clear if someone is paying you that kind of money.

I talked with him on the phone its different tracks, same farmer/landowner He said hes gonna keep it to around 200 acres a person. For example if there is a 80 acre track and a 100 acre track and u decide you like them both then that's your track and nobody is allowed to hunt it. the bigger tracks will go to groups, example 1000 acres is shared between a group of 5 people. everybody who is on the lease shares the house which Is a 5 bed 2 bath I believe. The 2k includes electric/water. I haven't gotten every single detail yet, he sent me some maps of property and Im calling him back to get more details. Hope this helped a little
