At Lake Falcon

I saw the same thing at Lake Stamford several years ago, it got caught up in someone's ski rope they were trailing.

Good Hunting/Fishing,

Saw it now, I think I would have just started the boat and left.

don't know rattlesnakes very well either, they can't strike very well in the water, they have to raise up and fall when they strike and it just doesn't work very well in the water

You can kill a fly with a sledgehammer. But do you really need to son?

Several years ago We were fishing at Lake Stamford and had a basket with some crappie in it and left for dinner , I came back to the dock and caught another crappie and lifted the basket and had 2 rattle snakes in it. This was not a floating basket. I cut the rope let it fall. They would swim around the dock with their rattles and heads out of the water.

I'm bred and born of Texas and can assure you if a rattler is trying to get in boat those boys would seem calm in comparison. LOL

I was fishing a pond one time during turkey season and saw one start swimming across. I waited on the other bank for him to get out and then hit him with 12ga. turkey shot. Adios to that snake.
