West Texas Feeder Supply, 12V unit, with The Timer, and Eliminator plate is the only way to throw corn in my opinion. I have used On Time and Magnum as well as spintech, and the old Kencos. These are the best feeder/timer/plate combos I have ever seen. The eliminotr will pay it off in now time just with corn savings from coons and squirrels. http://www.thecybershack.com/mm5/merchan...egory_Code=CTRL

I have been really happy with the ultramatic units. Both with the timer, one with the eliminator. Ill be going to both eliminators after deer season.

"The Timer" has worked well for me. I have 2 working and would buy again if needed.

Lehman feeders. Best around. Have 4 that date from 70's. Work flawless and if you need service, they are top notch.

Only ones I will buy now.

Been running two eliminators for 3 years now, zero problems. Squirt them with some lube every other month and rock on.

We've been using the Texas Hunter 12V units for the last couple of years and they have worked flawlessly so far and they are built tough!

The first spintechs we bought had issues but we modified to make them work better. I believe they paid for themselves the first year in lost corn to hogs mainly bumping our feederlegs. The later models spintech figured out the issues and they work well. We have been running 10 of the newer ones 6 years now with no issues. We have not used the eliminator plate so I can not say with first hand exerience, but if it works as good as our spintechs you will be happy and only throwing corn when you set it to go off.

Becareful with elimintor plate I've had three now throw the plastic shaft slide Never had an issue with any of mine since I use clean corn not bin run out of the field. I use All Season control unit with the eliminator plates.

We had lots of the eliminators on my last lease. Probably 20-30 of them running year round. Out of those I did see one malfunction. The plastic bushing stuck to the shaft and when the feeder started throwing it pushed the bushing up out of the spinner plate and the spinner couldn't close. It dumped 1000 pounds of corn on the ground. I just spray a little lubricant on mine every 6 months or so and have never had a problem. The guy that had that happen to him bought another eliminator and put on it.
