This has taken me a while to get my review up because well..life happens...

Had a great hunt with Kevin. Called and scheduled the hunt with Mike and set it for a weekday in December. Took off work and headed to my Grandparents place up around the DFW area. Called Mike the night before the hunt and about had a panic attack because he said we might have to reschedule due to prior weather around there and well other "life happens" things that had gone on. He asked to call me back so he could figure out a way to make the hunt happen. Called back 10 mins later and eased my panic.

Kevin had recently had surgery and pins placed in his wrist. Kevin was determined to make my hunt happen. Made it out to the ranch the next morning and loaded up with Kevin (brace on arm and all) then went out looking for the heard.

Put on a nice stalk and within 150 yards when I let the .308 fly. No tracking needed. Went and helped with the field care and then noticed a flat tire once we got back to the hunging buggy. Made it back to the ranch house and transferred to his personal truck then out to load her up. Took her back to Kevin's house and quartered her out and into the ice chests.
Great conversations were had with Kevin and on the road home a little after noon.

Looking forward to going back sometime hopefully for one of the massive white fallow's they have out there.

Thanks for the hunt and for the awesome service and a great military discount!

We're glad you enjoyed your hunt pkpxavier - Kevin got rid of the cast and has healed well, hardly skipped a beat! We look forward to having you back again.
