Are you making sure to put a neon open sign on the feeder?

Most of ours go to a night time pattern after the rut. Not much you can do about it if they have always done that IMO. In November I can lay corn out and watch them eat it but in December they won't hit it until night.

gone nocturnal from hunting pressure..
about all you can do is to back off the amount of hunting and corn in different areas... don't expect to see big bucks coming to feeders but if you can corn out in a clearing near trees and work the wind it can help pull them out.

Hunting pressure. It's very easy to effect a deers behavioral pattern when they start hearing and smelling human activity during the day. It immediately makes deer move at night instead of the day. I think many hunters underestimate how important hunting pressure is especially to a low fence, mature buck.

I hunt in East Tx, and it seems most of our mature bucks are nocturnal. In my experience with nocturnal mature bucks, the only time we see them in daylight hours is during the rut...If we don't catch them chasing doe, we aren't going to kill one.

Yep, in fact, we are intentionally holding off hunting until the end of the month.
We are an MLD so our season is running until the end of Feb. We have been out just about every other weekend since mid Oct.
We hope that staying out of our area with others still hunting their's we can slip in quietly and catch a big one making a mistake.

We have the same problem every year. Once the Deer pattern us they go nocturnal. Well, the mature Deer anyway. You may try just throwing corn for about 10 seconds or so in the morning so that corn is gone by dark. Also change up your times in the blind. We do that late season to throw 'em off. For instance just hunt 10am 'til 2pm. Use the solunar tables to help you determine when to be in the blind. I know a guy on my lease that swears by making a couple laps around his feeder at about 1 or 2 in the morning on his 4-wheeler to shake 'em up late season. Whether that works or not, who knows. But he always kills bigger Deer than me.
