Looking for year round deer, hogs, etc.. lease near Rockwall/Poetry area for my family. Does not need to be a huge chunk of land if it has the right terrain. Needs water and electricity. 2014 year and beyond.

you would have better luck buying a place. Been in the area my entire life , my wife's family owns land all around Rockwall County. But being in the family does not even get me anywhere..

Yes you are looking for a needle in a hay stack with your year round desires. Best of luck and I am right in your area if interested in Day duck leases, quail hunting, pistol, rifle shooting and varmint hunting. I sometimes have day deer leases.
