Over this past couple of weekends I noticed that after the feeder goes off there are what seems like hundreds of dove flying in and consuming all of the corn. Doesn't matter day or night. Anyone have a solution?

Same here. Those pesky devils never show themselves during dove season, only deer season.

As long as they're in your area, they're going to go for the easy meal. If they're eating everything your feeder is putting out, you could try adjusting it to put out more corn. It sounds goofy, but a given number of dove can only eat so much and they're done.

How about mounting one of those fake owls over the feeder or on a T-post in the corn pattern. Might keep rabbits away too.

Set your feeder to feed after 5:30 PM Dove should be roosting about that time

Pattern them and figure out where they are coming from. Set up in their flight path so you're not hunting over bait. Then get your limit in doves. Atleast until the 20th.

Keep 2 feeders a couple hundred yards apart at my stand. I always see a few dove but the last weekend I hunted there was a bout 50 that kept constantly flying and flaring in circles between the feeders and brush between them. They made a lot of noise, pretty sure it was part of the reason the deer were so jumpy.

Never had a problem with dove until now. One of those plastic owls or hawks might help, but I doubt it.

Shoot. Eat. Repeat.
