 [/URL][/img] When I watched him last week, his tongue was always out as well. The problem is own both sides but only have pics of his right side. Any guesses?
coffee spelled backwards is eeffoc. I don't give eeffoc until I have my morning coffee.

Looks like a bad tick infestation to me. Looks like he has been scraping against trees/brush to get them off. If he doesn't get them off he is a goner.

It takes ticks and fleas several weeks/months to build up to the point you see in the photo. If you look closely the health of the deer is less than normal following rut.
