This place starts at hwy 281 and runs all the way back to arrowhead lake.
The witchatariver runs through the middle of it.
Theres lots of deer and some hogs .ducks.geese and varmints.
Iv hunted this place and my self have counted over 70 deer in the wheat.
You dont need feeders cause farmer plants wheat.this place is very open.
Theres been 6 bucks killed they score 130 to 160.
Iv have seen several up coming nice bucks.their are way to many does on this farm.
Im looking for hunters that will shoot does.the farmer hates deer and hes needing them thin down.
This farm can hold 12 hunter easily.
This place will only be leased just for deer season. It is not a yr round cause they farm it and dont want the ppl coming in an out whyle hes farming .
I can post some pics of deer we have killed this yr.

If the place is open how will the hunters know where to hunt and all that? I would be interested in hunting this set up, especially since
My current lease is right down the road from arrowhead, but sounds like it may not be set up well for stands/ blinds and better served by spot and stalk...
How are you planning on breaking up the land per person and would there be any
Limits to the deer taken (other than personal tag limit)?

There are several place to set blinds.and hunters dont lease acres u lease the hole farm.iv hunted this farm for 3 yrs and no the deer very well. I have enough room for 12 hunters.
Sorry if I havent called u or message u back.we have alot of deer an there always deer on every wheatfield.
