The state (forget which agency) usually has a state wide directory, broken down by county, of folks who are wanting to lease their property for hunting. It is produced annually and used to be free, don't know anymore...Lease prices are usually listed, so you can kind of shop around...I have used it once a long time ago, and got a really good lease relatively inexpensively.

it does not have a lot leases for 2014 just yet. just be sure to check the date on the far left of the chart cause they do have some from 2011. made a mistake and called one of them and got a ear full lol.
