Grass is always greener...especially this time of year. Lots of time and effort put in and the year didnt turn out like they had hoped!

And I know that many people looking for leases don't actually post that they are looking for leases. I kind of wish this section would be limited to postings of available leases so we don't have to filter through all the other crp to find the actual lease postings.

Instead of posting you are looking for a lease, might try getting out and talking to some land owners. Not waiting on someone to do all the work for you ninja

Sure wish I had that kind of time but with 4 kids, 2 full time jobs and college driving in a 3 hour circle of DFW just isn't possible.

The best luck I have had is paying the fee on some of the lease hunting websites. Having to pay filters out a TON of the BS and tire kickers.

you guys can also google a chamber of commerce in your area of interest, these might help.

Done that in the past, but some don't seem to update their list. I know for a fact for the last 5 years the same leases have been on Coleman Chamber of Commerce site. I know there are new ones every year, but alot are the same ones year after year..
