2012

But he grew some and added browtines....

I agree. He's pretty big bodied too for Bandera. Definitely a shooter in my book.

I'm seeing 4.5. I don't think another year would disappoint.

He looks mature. If you let him go you better pray for rain.

What makes you think its the same buck? Nothing on his 2012 rack matches up at all.

I have other pics that show mismatched sides. The place I hunt was shot out when I got there and slowly, year by year, I've watched a handful, at most, of bucks come of age. This guy is bladed and longer on the right. The left is shorter and looks stunted compared to other side. The G2 the right is the closest match from this year to last. He looks a WHOLE lot different but I believe it's the same deer.

Last year was very dry and pretty much every buck was goofy looking. This year I have 3 3.5+ bucks hanging around. The other two are solid Bandera 8s.

I would say that is the same buck. IMO he had a brow on his left beam last year. You can see the same curve in it this year.

I was thinking the same thing, but it was hard for me to call it a browtine last year when it was comparable in length to the rest of the rack lol.

Looks to be 4.5 you would probably gain mass and a little width for sure. Probably not gonna get any symmetry but to each his own. Witout know how much property your on and what type of hunting pressure you have around you. Hard call, me I would wait.
