I tried hunting off and on all week thru last nite and the deer are not moving. I noticed a Live Oak tree by the house is still dropping little green acorns and lots of brown ones on the ground. I do not recall acorns falling this late, deer are feeding at night

Yes, they're still falling. Deer are still not moving much in daylight.

Roger that. Acorns are still falling at my house here in Pipe Creek. I hunt right up the road in Camp Verde, and have only been seeing does the past week. But then again it is a full moon right now...

In '92 we had green acorns in trees till between Christmas and New Years in Kendall County. Corn grew under feeders it seemed that year.

I have been gone for a little over a week and got home yesterday afternoon. This afternoon I went over to a small LF place I have with a feeder. I saw 7 Whitetail and 21 Axis between 3:30 and 4:30, and that was before the feeder went off. They seemed to be moving pretty good. This morning I saw 2 fairly nice bucks outside my HF.

This afternoon at about the same time. 11 Axis and 7 Whitetail. 6 of the Axis were spikes and 2 of the WT were bucks. One was a fair 8 point and the other a spike. And this is on 17.5 acres.
