Well I took the plunge and dropped the cash on the SSA trigger. If you've been pondering an upgrade to your AR, this is the $200 you should spend. I don't think it took me ten minutes to install (once I found a dropped component on the garage floor) and with just a dry fire it is a vast improvement over the original trigger on my SIG M400. They also sent some swag. I am sporting a new gimme cap and have stickers for the beer fridge.

Good for you. I have yet to drop the cash hammer. I did buy an ALG ACT trigger and I am very pleased with the outcome.

I put the SSA-E trigger in my Daniel Defense within a few months of buying the gun. Worth every penny. It shrunk my groups like crazy.

I recently purchased the POF drop in trigger. So far it exceeds my expectations. The proof of the pudding will be how it is doing after 1000, 2000 rounds, etc... I'm too cheap, a polish and $10 JP springs and a set screw and ill be plenty content.

The ALG ACT is what I was looking for on my set up. For a pure hunting AR,
I would get the SSA-E trigger w/o batting an eye.

I'm too cheap, a polish and $10 JP springs and a set screw and ill be plenty content. Poor man's AR trigger job! It does make for a good single stage trigger at about 3.5 or 4 pounds.

Well carp! I guess I got the wrong trigger. Does anyone know how to get urine out of Wheaties? Nah you bought a great trigger. The SSA-E is awesome, but there ain't a damn thing wrong with the SSA. I love mine.

Have the Wilson Combat TTU in my AR and love it, have the Geisselle in my Scar and it's great too.

If you are ok with a two stage look into the GS2, don't let the value fool you . There's a high end manufacture that uses these in their prescion rifles.

Geissele triggers are nice but i dont typically shoot ARs for accuracy. So the ALG ACT works nicely for me.
