Greetings all, My name is Aaron, and I am looking for a lease for next season. I am looking for the following: - 2-3 hours from Flower Mound, TX (essentialy DFW airport) - prefer year round option - place primarily for me, my wife and 2 young sons to camp, enjoy the outdoors, but also allow me to hunt. - Someone who will appreciate that I am trying to raise my young boys to appreciate the nature God has given us, and not be stuck in front of a TV all the time. - would be primarily for my 2 guns (very rarely wife will hunt) but also could accomodate another 1-2 guns occasionally(brother and friend) in the package - allow atv access (minimal during hunting season) - I am management minded, and would treat property as my own - could work on tasks around the property if needed/wanted - kind of an obvious, but has to have game (got screwed last year on a lease)
I am just a family man from east texas, that is feeling trapped in the concrete city and needs to get into nature on the weekends for a break from life. I really hope that someone might have something. I don't want to put a price, as I will consider anything reasonable. Let's hear what is out there. Thanks in advance for your time and consideration.
Aaron 214-797-8107
PS: If anyone is looking for something similar, and might want to go in with me, let me know.

what's your price per gun/person?
I know Hopkins always have leases available but his leases are premium leases running $2000-$2500 person

Aron, I would check with the chamber of commerce in the areas you would like to hunt. Many times landowners will let the chamber know of property available. If you find land to lease, you may have to commit for the lease then find the number of hunters you need. Check with feed stores and places that sell feeders etc
